Through alternative medicine such as acupuncture I have learned that some foods that may be healthy for some people are not healthy for others. For example, currently I should not eat any cold or raw vegetables or salads since I have a spleen/chi deficiency which produces way too much phlegm in my body. I have gone from being on 14 different prescription medicines at one time to only one for my thyroid. I have found that the prescriptions that I was on were actually causing my health problems.
I have lost 15 pounds just by getting off of the medications some of which were causing me to gain weight.
Give yourself a better shot at getting your exercise done
I log my exercise first thing in the morning or early afternoon while at work. The benefit - when I get home, I am more likely to work out because I have already gotten the points and seen how many calories I burn if I do.
I also know that if I don't exercise, then I don't burn those, and I lose my sparkpoints because I have to remove it!!!33
I hope this is the LAST time we lose the remote for the television! I have SECURED each remote to the lamptable with a piece of heavy-duty velcro and a matching piece to each remote! I cannot get hearing aids at this time right now [as I NEED them] but have a preschooler and don't want to lose my hearing althogether [he gets loud ~too loud~ sometimes as preschoolers do!] so I NEED the remote for the subtitles for the movie or whatever we are watching [we don't subscribe to regular tv ...
...or any channels ] so having my remote is a MUST!
