Take apart any meal you like and break it into it's basic components. Realize what it is that you like so much about it and how you can reconstruct that in a healthy fun way!
Go out to eat and have something great? Have fun at home and recreate it! When you eat out they usually over do it with cheese, sauces and other things. So when you make it scale it back to were you get the taste but not the extra. I bet you can make it even better!
