When I first started walking a year ago it was with my best friend. On days we didn't meet we had to text each other how many minutes we got in. I now go to Zumba class with my oldest daughter and she will not let me skip a class. This makes me stick with it and not start slacking off.
I have a sweet tooth, so when I want something sweet I air pop some popcorn, and use cooking spray (rather than butter) then mix some cinnamon and splenda and sprinkle it on the popcorn (the spray makes it stick). 5 cups is 160 calories! It's a wonderful sweet treat!
