I've listed out all of my bills starting with the least amount I owe, to the most. Each month, I usually try to double my minimum payments (when possible) & work on paying the first off. Once it's paid off, then apply that amount to the next bill. You're already use to paying that bill anyways, so using it to pay off more on the next, will only get your amount paid off faster!

My dad told me about this show called, Til Debt Do Us Part on CNBC. A lady helps a couple/family get their debt in control & if they follow her lessons, she gives them $5,000 to put towards paying off their bills. It's a great show bc you can pick up tips as well that will help you get control of your finances & get out of debt. Check it out! :)
From EVERY paycheck, 10% goes into savings, 10% goes to charity giving/church and the last 80% you live on. Other than housing, you should pay off every bill every month. If you can do this, you are living within your means and will succeed financially in any economy.
