I find that if I get busy for a few days and miss my SparkTime I begin to feel discouraged. It would be so easy to just forget about it and fall back into my old habits. But then I login to Spark, read afew success stories, catch up on my friends, and before you know it I am ready to dig in and get moving again. So if you are feeling discouraged, just login and Spark will come to the rescue!!!
