Go to a spice store and smell different spices, ask for suggestions on what to use with different foods; I like strawberries but have been making them more exciting with chocolate balsamic vinagar and lavendar vanilla sugar - Also chicken breasts are a wonderful medium for a variety of spices - pick up some blends and season your chicken and grill - delicious and easy to prepare and warm up; just add some veggies and grains and you are set.

    Using lots of spices and trying new exotic ones gives a low fat bland dish a punch. I love experimenting! emoticon
