I put my weights and mat between the living room and the kitchen. If I'm headed towards the kitchen, I see the weights and mat and do 10 minutes of something besides eating -- sun salutations is my favorite. Often I forget I was hungry.

One of the ways I reward myself for going to the gym is by having nice shower gel. At home, I just use some cheap basic stuff. At the gym, I indulge with some Dove stuff that smells nice.
