Premeasure your water in a container that you can carry with you every where you go, and drink from that jug until you have consumed all of your daily water. If you dont like the flavor of water, add in some sugar free drink mix (my favorite is cherry, or the blueberry acia berry energy mix) I love the flavor, so I have no problem drinking it!
I have 2 jugs that hold 78oz each, they have a handle, and are easy to carry around, each time I need a drink, I pour a glass from my jug. I know that when I have finished them both, I have consumed enough water for the day.
