If you have u verse tv and don't have money to buy workout DVD's, or you frugal like me, look for work out exercises on free demand .You go to free demand AND THEN EXERCISE TV video. They are usually about 20 min, and they changer them periodically. You have to live through some commercial but that a small price to play for free and new exercise program

1. Borrow exercise videos from the library. 2. Trade videos with friends. 3. Check out flea markets for cheap videos. 4. Walk...........it's free. 5. Buy used videos. 6. Check out gyms in your area. Many offer free trial memberships.
Our cable company offers free exercise videos "On Demand." They have a great selection, lots of popular instructors, and are always getting new videos. Don't have On Demand? Netflix or ExerciseTV.tv also offer great videos for free.
