As I sit in front of the computer I keep my small pilates ball in between my knees (lifting my legs up toward my desk intermitently..engaging my core) or behind my knee squeezing! It's harder than it sounds! Give it a try!

    I do something while at the computer (puter) too. I have a small desk bike. When I am on the computer I use it. Pedaling forward for a bit then backwards just sits on the floor and has the pedals a great space saver.
