I love variety when exercising. I try classes, machines, activities at least 3 times before making a final decision of whether I like it or not. I love trying new things. It keeps me motivated, moving and keeps me from getting bored.

That is so true! It also keeps your body from getting too used to one type of workout. It's a great way to work out of a plateau too! Thanks for sharing!

Yes, I agree! I switch up my workouts every week. My gym membership gives me a variety of classes to attend. LOVE IT! I also have my workout partners that keep my thinking of something new and FUN to do. Gottah keep it FUN or else its just a BLAHHHH workout and thats not good.

I think Variety is the key! Mix things up and get a variety of wholesome foods and a variety of exercise. this way you always get good nutrition foods and you dont get bored of exercise. Also dont be afaid to try new things...
