To eat less I slow down my eating pace by really chewing my food. I mean chewing it till it's practically nothing in my mouth. I find by doing this, I enjoy my meal, I eat less of what's on the plate and I enjoy the meal time. emoticon

    Absolutely! Mindful eating is the best thing to do to truly enjoy meals and feel full sooner. I've always told people to "savor the flavor." People don't do this enough!
