Even when I feel like nothing else in my healthy lifestyle wanna-be is going right, I at least log in every day or as often as possible even if nothing else! I find this simple action keeps me remembering that I HAVE weightloss and healthy lifestyle goals. This encourages me to get back to my other good habits ASAP.

    I have been logging in every day too, even though my eating has been off for 4 days and after the first 2 bad days I quit tracking. We leave for vacation today but I cannot use that as an excuse because we are staying in a condo with a full kitchen and BBQ, so I will be cooking! I plan on logging in and tracking starting on Wednesday again! (long drive)

    Thank you for your post! I am new around here and I have been having an off couple days. I went from working out 6 days last week to missing four days already this week. I have been down on myself all week but thanks to a couple of spark people like you, I fully plan on getting in a few good workouts for the rest of the week. emoticon
