Even when I feel like nothing else in my healthy lifestyle wanna-be is going right, I at least log in every day or as often as possible even if nothing else! I find this simple action keeps me remembering that I HAVE weightloss and healthy lifestyle goals. This encourages me to get back to my other good habits ASAP.

I have recently gone through a phase that the only thing I did on SP was log in daily. However, by doing that, I kept it going as a small whisper daily. Now, I am back on track again tracking food, etc. Bookmark it so it opens each time you log into your computer!52
I started out using SparkPeople occasionaly. That really doesn't work. This year I have logged in Daily-tracked food & exercise Daily & have seen actual results for the first time! SP can be a great tool but you must STAY FOCUSED & think about your choices daily if you ever want results. I feel stronger, more motivated & healthier than ever. You will make mistakes but if you stay focused you will recover from those mistakes quicker and suffer from them less.
Make involvement with SP a priority in your life. Log in daily; read SP e-mails and articles; answer trivia questions; join teams and huddle daily; track your food and water; read blogs; encourage others ... the more time and effort you expend on being involved, the more focused you are on healthy choices.
