When I know we will be going to a restaurant for dinner, I will pull the menu from the internet and make my choices in the morning. I'll enter them in my nutrition tracker right away and make the rest of the day's choices based on what I plan to eat. Makes ordering food so easy and carefree!!

I'm with you, I use the restaurant nutrition guide as my menu!

The only way to go if you want to succeed. The only time I've had problems with this approach is when the posted online menu is no longer totally available and stuff has been rotated off the menu. Otherwise I don't even look at anything else on the menu. Too tempting!

I just did that ....I was meeting someone at the olive garden and i looked up their nutrition guide and made my choices before I went and entered them... Now that this has been made into a law ,this will really free us up !

I'm the same. I've even chosen not to go to one restaurant over another by what I find out!
