When I go to the gym and I'm on the treadmill or elliptical I secretly compete with someone in the room. I pick one person that I want to stay on longer than and if they get off too early I just choose someone else. It helps me to push a little harder and I feel better knowing that I did more than I would have if it was just myself.198
Whenever I start to feel bored with-food, exercise-whatever I try something new. Now have discovered do not like acorn squash but butternut squash and spaghetti squash I love. Don't like elliptical or stairclimber but like the elliptical beast as I call the cross trainer/climber creature. Don't let boredom put you off track.
