Gotta Keep On Keepin On (with The Exercise)

If I ever do less than 45 minutes 5 times a week, I notice a slight weight gain, so I have to keep exercising. Years of running have worn down my knees a bit, but I can still jog/walk and I like doing dance classes and bicycling. Try new things if you get bored with the same thing. Or if you just go on automatic with running or walking, just change your music on your ipod. Music always helps me exercise.

If not for my IPod .... I dread the thought! I agree that exercise is the best form of calorie control!!! Either I know I can afford to indulge a little, or something's just not worth the miles I have tracked! Either way, I WIN!!!!! =)

I have to admit sitting on the duff is easy. So is exercise , if your not challenge, or it can get boring. If you sit long enough you fall asleep and the duff gets wider then ever.
Change exercises every two weeks, mix them up , substitute , do what ever it takes to challenge your self. believe me it works.
Get an mp3 or ipod , and puts some music on when your out , The music tempo helps move faster. What ever it takes not to go back to the old life style.
I use to be very good at sitting at a desk and come home and sit on the couch and watch tv or at the computer until bed time. Not any more.
