Don't spend your change. I save my .01, .05, .10, and .25. I put it in a jar and when the jar is full I roll it and put it in the bank for a vacation fund. I save loonies and twoonies in a separate jar and use them for my $5.00 rewards. I buy something for $5.00 for every week I did all of my fast break goals. I buy a magazine, ear rings, flowers or anything to brighten my week and to congratulate myself for a job well done.

Decide on a reward you would like to purchase for yourself for being good. Every time you feel like buying a bad food to satisfy a craving or ease your stress, put the money you would have used in a piggy bank towards your reward.
After awhile you can see how much money and extra weight you are saving when you put the money towards a healthier reward.
