Life sometimes sends obstacles to us--and these can be tough--time consuming or stressful or painful or destructive in other ways. That should not stop us from having success in improving our lifestyle and our health. If you have to, cut back on the time you spend here on the SP site. Choose a couple of parts that will keep you on an even keel--like logging in and tracking food and/or fitness. Eventually, you can become active in the community again as you deal with your life.

    That's exactly what I'm doing right now! So much going on in my personal life, I don't have enough time to spark very much so I'm staying off my teams, etc., just coming in early morning to get some points. When things settle down in my life, I'll be active on my teams again! I would NEVER give up SP!

    I have run into several people, especially now that I have been a member here for almost 3 years, who leave and come back. I think that coming back to things is hard to do and that it is better to modify what you are doing rather than to simply go away. Obstacles can eventually be overcome and it is important to stay true to yourself and to protect the efforts you have already made.
