I always park FAR out in the parking lot, and count the steps to and from my floor, on my pedometer. Another trick....take the stairs , not the elevator! On my break, I like to walk the halls at night, (hospital). Can log quite a bit during that time.

When I have a pile of clutter that needs organizing, or a tedious job I dislike doing, I set a timer for 15 minutes. I tell myself I must only work that long. Every time I end up working much longer--sometimes even finishing the job!
