When the pangs of hunger start to occur, I WELCOME the sensation, because it means that my body is needing food / water and will break down the 'stores' of fat being carried around! A large glass of water is the answer. Often my body is needing fluids instrad of food and the water will quiet the hunger pangs. AND, the water will also help flush out the system.
My hunger is often not real, it is actually thirst. Before reaching for food I get a big glass of water. It is a great way to distract me from the inevitable munching which is so destructive. And getting extra water is the big bonus.
