Portion Control: Use Small Plates And Bowls

To assist with portion control I bought a really nice set of small plates and bowls that are for my use only (sorry kids, these are momma's!). Instead of a "Jethro bowl" of cereal or ice cream, I have a dainty size portion in a beautiful bowl just for me! I also started using small spoons and forks. Sounds crazy, but whatever works, right!

    I do this too and it works great for me, if I can't get it on my plate I know I don't need it. emoticon
