Keeping The Red Out



When I cook, I often have more tomato paste or canned chipotles than are necessary for the recipe. I have many little, plastic storage containers that are the right size but they absorb the red color from the food. In order to prevent this, I spray the container with a short spray of cooking spray. It makes the container easy to clean and keeps the red out!
