Years ago I learned this secret. Drink a warm glass of water with lemon juice in it. Believe it or not, it has always helped me.

  • I agree with the lemon juice. For a double whammie, mix it with warm green tea. If this is too bitter for you, add a small amount of local honey as a sweetener. Plus this gives you energy for that next walk. - by MAYO_MAN

    I wonder if it works another time of the day (before evening meal or to avoid snacking) because I just can't drink this in the morning !
