My Husband Does Not Know

Members Were Sparked
This Sparked Me!

My husband has been complaining for years about my weight. He does not know I joined Sparkpeople and I am not going to tell him. I will wait and see if he sees the positive changes in me as I shed the pounds. I love secrets especially good ones. Ssh

My husband never complains about my weight, but he has tried to help me make better choices in his subtle way. My husband doesn't know that I have joined SP either. I'm with you in that I I want to wait and see if he notices positive changes over time.

It's a GREAT secret! My sister and I do a lot together, but she tends to take over, get more involved with things more quickly than I do and then get tired of them, and she manages her weight better than I do. I need a long term, positive plan and Sparkpeople iis so moyivating! I even found a terrific SparkBuddy that I walk with twice a week, and we've been great cheerleaders for eachother. This is a secret treasure, and I'm glad you're sharing it with us!
