Days that I get up and out of bed to exercise work. Days that I don't get up, don't result in exercise. I intend to but email creeps in, then work, then kids and then it's late and I can't or I won't sleep.
First things first. Get up, get out, get out often = weight loss
I lost 2.6 lbs today at weigh-in. Last week - my first week back on my program - I stayed the same; I was mad as h#$#3 to say the least . So, I thought this week I would have a 'big' loss....I was disappointed when I saw 'only' 2.6 lbs...but after a talk with myself, a talk with a good friend... a loss is a loss is a loss...it's better than gaining any day of the week!
