Everyday I make sure I get at least 200 jumping jacks in, either leaving the bathroom at work, 25-30 each break or taking the dogs out while at home. And making time for the Quick Fire of the DAY spikes my metabolism

    Quick Firin my day makes time go by fast at work. I have more energy & enjoy getting fit with jumping jacks, skipping, lunges, walking in place & going up and down the stairs also.

    qfc gives an added daily boost.. keeps the blood pumping and stamina going throughout the day

    Great!!! QFC gives me an energy boost to burn those calories everyday I always do wall pushups and walking in place beside my exercises!!!

    Yep...quickfire challenges get you up and moving during the day for bursts of fitness! It has really helped me (considering I sit at a desk for most of the workday!)

    I walk in place while I brush my teeth or when I do the dishes. It helps me get my 10,000 or more steps in for that day.
