Let's face it; this is the Honor System here~ (anyone can post anything) We're only cheating ourselves if we're not completely honest with the weight loss ticker, by being sure to input each week both the losses AND the gains. Leaving it the same & pretending there was no gain can only lead to denial & sabotage (eventually giving up & quitting) Many people here are "back" after "re-gaining all the weight." Showing up & being accountable each week NO MATTER WHAT is key to program longevity.
