On the last day of November, 2010, I entered a secret in this category about the importance of tracking when you're off track. I've learned even more how true it is. I've spent several weeks of maniacal eating, each day telling myself that I'd get it together the next. Finally, this a.m., I hit the nutrition tracker. I've eaten the right things; the idea of doing otherwise doesn't even occur to me now. Half a day and I know I'm back in the saddle.
