    I have to take a B-12 injection monthly (it was weekly for 2 months, bi-weekly for 1 mon.) because my body does not absorb it due to medications for GERD. If your body does not absorb it, no amount eaten will be of benefit.

    My doctor has been complaining for quite some time now that my B12 levels are way, way, waaaaay too high. Thanks for the suggestions for foods to avoid! emoticon
