    So true!! By taking all things in moderation, you don't have to make anything off limits (and possibly more crave-worthy!). Great tip!

    Yep, this is the key! You can't completely deprive yourself of something you love, just have smaller portions, eat healthier leading up to it, and enjoy your treat to the fullest!
