We need to understand that in no way have we failed. We only fail when we give up.
Sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control that throw us off (family emergency). We need to be creative until our normal way of exercising or eating can be re-established. Don't be perfect. BE PERSISTENT!

If I get off track, I do not berate myself. As soon as I can, I get back on track. Broken ankle - gained weight, choice is to give up - NO! Start again. Losing family members to cancer...do not give in....keep going....give myself as much grace as I would give a friend ..start again. I am not a quitter 523
