I often find myself putting off my exercise until later and later with little excuses (My food needs to settle, I'm too hungry now that I waited I need to eat again, I don't have time to exercise and then shower before I need to go etc) Before I know it I'm out of time. Doing something small I know I can get done early in the day ensures I'll have done something which is always better than nothing, hopefully I'll add more later but if not at least I didn't skip out on the whole day!
