Standard scrambled eggs call for 3 eggs, some milk, and salt & pepper to taste. I replace the 3 eggs with 2 egg whites and 1 full egg, and I replace the milk with a splash of water. You reduce the calories this way, and I swear you can't taste a difference at all.

When making scrambled eggs use ONE egg white and ONE whole egg! It looks and tastes just like "regular" scrambled eggs but with HALF the cholesterol!
