    Such a great thing! We often forget to pamper ourselves mostly because we think of it as something 'extra' but really taking time out to relax the body and nurture your soul/spirit is just as important as exercise and diet. You are so right that it enourages healthy living. Pampering is part of the whole wellness picture :-) emoticon
