Keeping up with my Spark Teams and the individual challenges helps me stay motivated. It's a great way to find others with similar goals. On days when I just don't feel like exercising, I can check in with my teams and find motivation to keep moving!
I go to the farmers market and buy 6 special pieces of fruit each week. While I am working out, I find motivation in thinking about which piece I want and how good it will taste. While I am doing my cool down, I walk around and eat it. It has been working really well for me.
Take advantage of the outdoors and the great weather! Take a walk, go swimming, take a bike ride, go sightseeing! It's easy to find motivation when you're outside and on your feet!
