Let's be honest with ourselves, we don't all have good days, sometimes our day..sucks. Staying positive after a rough is well, rough. For me it's finding the one thing that did go right that day, whether I resisted the ice cream bar in the freezer or I walked my dogs and extra 1/2 mile, it's about adding up the little things and staying on track. Sure, I may have over-slept or gone over my calorie limit but at least I still exercised. Stay positive and learn about yourself a little!
We're not gonna have all good days, it's the real world, and it's tough. Staying positive with positive affirmation, a bright attitude, hard work can help us reach the sky! Sure it's a corny phrase, but it works for me & it can work for you too! What works for you: use it, live it!
