Meal planning is always a problem for me, and trying to plan healthy meals makes me even more food obsessed-what ot buy what to make etc. So for now I am relying on Lean Cuisine dinners. I'm freed up, don't have to plan as much and am no longer obsessed with meals, what to eat etc.

  • Just starting a diet myself. Trying the lean cuisines myself. I do like them. My problem is that i need some fruits to go with them to fill me up. There kind of like a snack to me because of there size. They do help me stay under my calorie count for the day, but i find myself being hungrier later in the day if i dont eat enough fruits. And what am i going to do when i get sick of the lean cuisines. cant eat those all the time. Ill have to start cooking. I bought all the cooking stuff, but havent used them much. - by MRAASCH42

  • This is mindless food for me. I stock up on the lowest of sodium (480) and carbs (14) Lean Cuisines. I actually love them to have for lunch on reserve when I can't make my own. emoticon - by CHUEYSMOM
  • Be sure to check the sodium content, they tend to have a lot of salt in them. It is really not that hard to plan healthy meals. Today's convenience foods make it easy. Salad in a bag is a godsend and then just buy some pre grilled chicken strips...not breaded and some fat free dressing, viola you got dinner! emoticon - by PCW452002
  • I ate a lot of Healthy Choice dinners. Saved the containers and started making my own meals. If THEY can do it, so can I, and with less preservatives, etc. - by ELISADENK
