I take a 1.5 litre bottle of fizzy water to work and as soon as I sit down I put it on my desk with a glass. Every time I have a cup of coffee I pour a glass of water. It's amazing how much more water I drink that way.
1.5 litre size is easier to pour, and a 6 pack is very cheap at Lidl.
As a natural peanut butter lover, I needed an easier& less messy way to mix the peanut butter from a new jar. If you've ever tried it, you know that the oil is at the top, and it's virtually impossible to mix it in the jar. I POUR it into a measuring cup, mix it, and then pour it back into the original jar. Once it's refrigerated, it no longer separates. 467
