Whenever chicken breasts are on sale at my local grocery store, I buy a bunch of them. It doesn't take long to grill them all at once, steam some broccoli or other veggies, and make some brown rice in the rice cooker. I divide them up into Tupperware and voila -- pre-made healthy frozen lunches!

MORE INFORMATION:
I fire up the BBQ and grill all the chicken at once, with just a spray of olive oil and a shake of whatever seasonings are on hand. At the same time, I put on my rice cooker and chop up a bunch of any veggies. I measure out portions and label each meal so I know exactly what I'm eating. So easy!

    I also chop some of the grilled chicken for use in salads -- it's fantastic to be able to pull out a little Ziploc labelled "3 oz grilled chicken," pop it in the microwave, and throw it on a salad.
