Whenever chicken breasts are on sale at my local grocery store, I buy a bunch of them. It doesn't take long to grill them all at once, steam some broccoli or other veggies, and make some brown rice in the rice cooker. I divide them up into Tupperware and voila -- pre-made healthy frozen lunches!
I fire up the BBQ and grill all the chicken at once, with just a spray of olive oil and a shake of whatever seasonings are on hand. At the same time, I put on my rice cooker and chop up a bunch of any veggies. I measure out portions and label each meal so I know exactly what I'm eating. So easy!

Making large batches of freezable meals and freezing them makes homemade frozen meals that you can eat anytime, and it is cheaper than buying the processed ones. Plus, meat keeps way better in the freezer, so you can get a ton when it is on sale and cook it into various meals over time.
There are tons of freezer recipes on my blog. Check it out if you have time!
