Even though Salsa is a low-calorie food. We still must watch our portions. It has surpassed ketchup in the most popular condiment. There is no food that you can eat in unlimited amounts without adding more calories than is needed to lose and maintain a healthy weight! emoticon

    I eat it on salads instead of dressing and it has a whole lot less calories. I also dip water chestnuts in it when I need a crunchy snack. The sodium is the biggest problem with salsa.
