Getting My Booty Out Of Bed For Morning Workout

I set my phone/alarm by my light switch. When my alarm goes off, I turn the light on and fan off. Then I lay back in bed while I stretch and allow my body to wake up. I've made it to all my morning workouts and this routine hasn't failed me. emoticon Good LUCK!

    I have a lamp set on a timer and it goes on at the same time as my alarm.

    Super idea, I will have to give it a try. Getting up for morning workouts has been murder for me.
