After working on weight loss for a while, I finally realized that if I looked at my nutrition tracker and my activity trackers for the weeks when I had good weight losses, it was easy to find out what I did that really worked. Every morning I fill the bottles with the total amount of water I will drink in the day...usually 10 cups. Then I put it in my food tracker right away. If at the end of the day, I haven't finished all of it, I would have to go back and change the tracker. Since I'm basically lazy...I drink the rest of the water!
