I have days that all I want to do is sit on the couch. But I see my biggest motivation, my 4 year old daughter dancing away without music, yelling at me "dance with me mommy, dance with me". Seeing her have so much fun, all I can do is get up and dance. She is a blessing.

Record some of your favorite songs that you really enjoy. Instead of watching television just put on some music and just go for it. Often an 1/2 hour turns into 1-hour session and I feel realy good afterward. 236216

Determined to stay off the couch in the evening after a long day and exercise, I found if I sit on the floor I end up doing all my Calisthenics, yoga poses and stretching, while hanging with hubby and enjoying our tv show.
Pick up the pace on commercials or dance. Throw in sit ups or push ups and dips. Fast and hard so u raise your heart beat! Also, SP has some great short videos just the right length for commercials. Those minutes add up !!!
