I have been walking around my community for a long time and one day, one of my neighbors asked to walk with me. It was really fun and we gabbed all the way. We now walk three days a week and vary our routes. We haven't run out of things to talk about yet.

I walk a mile on my 15 minute morning break at 11:00 a.m. and 2 miles during my half hour lunch at 1:00 p.m. That way if I'm tired when I get home, I know I've already walked at least 3 miles during the day and I don't beat myself up for not getting in some exercise.
I walk with a friend three days a week first thing in the morning. Even when I'm tired and don't want to get out of bed early to go walk, I feel obligated to do it so I don't leave my friend "hanging." We're planning on moving it up to 5 days a week in June since the weather will be nicer. :)
