When I get on my exercise bike, I let my mind wander and before I know it, I have reached my goal time! I wouldn't recommend it while bicycling outside though!

I usually daydream about what I will look like, and how I will feel once I have reached my goal.

    That's called visualization, and it's a GOOD THING!! Keep on dreamin' ...

    I think that focusing on something other than discomfort is positive and can help me with followthrough, but sometimes if I let my mind wander I notice myself slowing down or relaxing into bad form.
