After I'm done with my grocery shopping I wash all my fruits and greens, so I can just pick them up and enjoy them. This is especially good with lettuce - just keep it in a Tupperware in your fridge so you can pick it out and make yourself a delicious salad.

Oh that is sooo great, I do that, too! I cut ripe bananas into little pieces and then put them in the freezer. Whenever I feel like I'd like to eat something sweet but don't want to overindulge I just grab some of those ;) You can dip them into melted chocolate and then put them back in the freezer. That's something I also like to do.

I try to do that, too.

After the grapes are washed and dried I pluck them from the stems and put them in a Tupperware bowl in the refrigerator.

It is so nice to have them ready for a quick healthy snack.

During the summer I freeze grapes in 1/2 cup Tupperware containers.

They are refreshing, sweet & yummy.
