Being low in Vitamin D can also be a contributing factor to depression - another reason to make sure you have your level tested.

I've been on diabetes oral medication for awhile, and always seem to test low in the Vitamin D department. I've been taking 1000 IUs but will up it to 2000. Thanks for the secret!
