I travel for work a lot, and I find eating at fast food or even nice restaurants tend to make me over eat, so now I head to the grocery store. MANY now have salad bars, or pre-made sandwiches. You know exactly what you are getting, and can controls your calories. And if I can, I always send an email to the hotel to see if I can get a fridge in my room, that way, I can pick up water, and yogurt and can start and end my day on the right foot!

Whenever I think, or even know how bad a day I have had, weather it be not eating properly, not exercising, not drinking water, Not doing chores, I tell myself what I did do. For instance, this whole week, I did not exercise or keep track of anything, but instead of focusing on that, I focused on the fact that I DID come right back here and jumped right back in. 211
I have always failed because I would have a bad day and tell myself that since I ate that one bad thing I might as well go ahead and eat everything else I want. Then I would proceed to eat and eat and eat.Now I forgive it and jump right back in where I am, not worrying about the past.
