There's a saying I used to hear "a moment on the lips = a lifetime on the hips." I don't think just applies to weight loss efforts, but n every area of our lives. Sometimes we get so caught up in the moment, that that 1 decision not only effects us, but so many others. So before you take that
leap, take a moment & ask yourself - how is what I'm about to do going to affect the people around me or the next person I come in contact with R will eating/drinking this really satisfy or take away the feeling(s) that I'm feeling?
In this microwave age I'm learning to think beyond the moment
Just ask yourself: " Is a moment on the lips worth a month on the hips?" before you dig in. Chances are, nothing really tastes that good when you think about it. Or, just take one bite and savor the flavor.
Be mindful and plan ahead to eat right. Be mindful and shop with a list of super foods and stick to it. Be aware of everything that goes in your mouth: ""A moment on the lips is forever on your hips". 58
