This may sound like a no brainer but I needed to be reminded to eat more slowly. Time yourself. You might be surprised to see how quickly you are eating. When I slowed things down, I really savored the choices I made and I found I didn't need to eat as much to feel satisfied.

    One of my biggest problems eating to fast. I have tried everything and still trying to slow down
